Our system utilizes 10G ethernet wiring and is future-proofed to work for years to come. This is a significant upgrade to the value and desirability of a home.

We are C7-certified low-voltage contractors. Many vendors do not have this certification and cannot provide this certainty and peace of mind.
Outdoor Access Points
Most WiFi mesh systems are not weather-rated and therefore cannot provide WiFi to an outdoor area such as a yard or pool area. Our outdoor APs are water-resistant IP67 and can provide a signal to cover up to 100’ away from the home.
Convenient Cloud Management
We vet security & system updates thoroughly when they release, then push them out to our users via our secure cloud dashboard during off-hours to minimize downtime or interruption. Networks are regularly scanned for RF congestion and tuned to optimal channels. WiFi experience is checked regularly to ensure all devices in the home have a robust connection.
Auto-switching Cellular & Battery Backup
When a blackout or internet outage occurs, our system detects the outage and instantly switches to your backup system in order to keep you running. We can set up a secondary internet service to kick in when the first has a disruption, or install a cellular modem and run your network off of LTE.

We switched to a Verizon SIM card which was better, and achieved up to 50-70 Mbps downloads but with numerous dropouts and down times, causing great frustration as our connections were unstable and often froze. Happily, we were referred to Brilliant Connecitivity, who completely overhauled our system to provide hundreds of Mbps download speeds not only throughout our home but across our property. They negotiated with Comcast to provide us Gigabit service without any construction costs (Comcast had quoted us over $30k to do this). Brilliant also installed a Starlink system as an automatic failover system, then hard-wired both systems into our main home and ADU/rental units for ethernet. They also installed a Ubiquiti WiFi system, and finally topped it off with superb 4k infrared security cameras. We now get close to 600 Mbps everywhere throughout our home and across our property, finally enabling us to complete our work unimpeded. Separate WiFi names were also created to enable renters, house guests and contractors installing WiFi-enabled systems (such as computerized landscape irrigation systems) to have access to their own password-protected WiFi connections. Daniel and Raphael were a fantastic team on-site and Ari at the office was responsive to all of of our questions along the way. we also appreciate that they offer maintenance plans for their systems, enabling us to trust that whatever they install will be supported and stay up-to-date and will be optimized for years to come. We were in dire need of reliable WiFi, and this team definitely delivered! I would recommend them highly to anyone wishing to upgrade their home and property WiFi systems.

Bay Area Tech Hero came in, took a look and gave me a solution designed to provide high level security and integrate redundant Internet access (Starlink) through a failover when terrestrial internet goes down (as happens during power cuts in Marin). They also expanded the WiFi coverage of the network to eliminate dead spots, which solved the problem with our Peloton losing connection and blanketed the entire outside with secure high bandwidth coverage. After that job they built a highly secure video cam system around my home and then procured additional equipment for my business, all while integrating each new aspect into the home network. Their tech support is also excellent, I regularly use them for small problems like printing errors and more complex ones like getting the solar system to properly broadcast so I can monitor the power we're producing. No problem is too big nor too small for the team at Bay Area Tech Hero. They've made my life 10x easier than it was before and also given me something even more valuable - peace of mind.
